Reflections: Laibl Wolf on Jonathan Sacks
30 November, 2020 @ 8:00 am - 28 February, 2021 @ 5:00 pm AEDTAUD$45
Morality is not a book that tells you how you should behave. It is a remarkably academic text that traces what is going wrong with the world, and how you and I can participate in a change for the good. The answer: synergy, working together.
Reflection is not your typical book Club
Rabbi Laibl Wolf will be joining you on this journey, as your guide and resource. Laibl will be provide you with weekly talking points and have the opportunity to discuss them with him and the group participants (via a dedicated Whats App group).
Once a month participants will get together for group discussion (in person and/or online), and analyse prepared hypothetical case studies together – applying the points we have gained from our readings so far.
Dates: reading begins 30 November 2020 – Feb 2021
All enrolled participant will formally commence reading on the 30 November (if your copy of the book is arriving a little later than that you will be able to easily catch up).
Details of the group session location, times, dates and zoom links will be provided after booking. (Overseas participants will have alternative options to better suit varying time zones)
General price: $45 (for the entire course)
