There are people who just know what to do but they can’t tell you what they did or how they got to where they got, and there are people that know what they’re doing and can help you learn from them.
Some talk about an inner voice, others talk about being good at processing. Some feel their way through while others think.
Have you noticed some people react with action while others freeze up? What’s with that?
Well we are all microcosms of a spiritual reality, as we learn from the famous verse in Genesis that the human was created in the image of G-d. The ‘image’ is presented with the Ten Sefirot, the ten basic energy components that exist behind everything, in a form that our brain sees as the form of a person. The 10 Sefirot flow into a person via the soul and manifest in the 10 Strengths- each with its own ratio.
A few primary examples:
Chochmah–Creativity
Binah–Analytic
You can see how different ratios of each of those defines what sort of thinker you are:
Netzach–Drive
Hod–Receptive
Different ratios of these will determine how much feedback you like to receive before actioning an idea.
Why knowing this helps is because it helps us better discover our strengths and weaknesses and where we should place our efforts and what sort of people we should connect with.
It also allows us to forgive ourselves when we most need to and push ourselves when we least want to.
Being human is not easy, because being human is to be a manifestation of a really complex spiritual system that has manifested as the universe!
Be kind to yourself.
