Spiritgrow is a unique Jewish centre fusing the insights of psychology and the sciences, together with ancient Jewish spiritual teachings. It particularly focuses on mental wellbeing, inner balance, and wisdom teachings, to enable people to face life challenges and opportunities optimising inner resources and skill.

Spiritgrow has been particularly active during these challenging times of the rise of anti-semitism, and global implications of war extending to local Australian community divisiveness.  Spiritgrow is dealing extensively with the ‘fallout’ of  mental and emotional pain that many are going through, and is addressing challenge via provision of  intensive counselling, meditative stress release programs, and sessions dealing with Jewish inspiration and positivity. That is the Spiritgrow way, and is true of its unique brand.

The centre is launching a “Give & Grow” Campaign. on Sunday September 1st .

The campaign is being matched by generous matching donors who will double the amount of all donations made during those 24 hours.

A basic teaching at Spiritgrow is the personal fulfilment and joy people receive from practicing generosity. Rooted in Jewish teachings and contemporary psychological research its mission is to foster holistic growth and resilience in individuals and communities and to emphasise the nature of sharing and contribution as a basic human need. The “Give & Grow” campaign embodies this mission.
