Cheese and Wine in the Night Orchard
Enter the Night Orchard and enjoy fine delicacies, cheeses, fruit and wines, an armchair discussion and exploration of relationships based on the different levels of jewish spirituality and modern psychology. The lessons from romance in the torah, the spirituality of soul mates and the psychology of relationships.
Our Night Orchard will feature the foods of the Sinai experience, cheeses, delicacies, fruit and wine.

KABBALAT SHABBAT EXPERIENCE
Friday Night : 6:00pm- 7:05pm
Every Friday evening we welcome peace and tranquility into our lives to last the week. With the use of meditation and spiritual insight we can turn a prayer book into a reflective inclusive experience filled with humour, meaning, song and niggun chant. Get comfortable on a bean bag or padded chair and enjoy the experience. The experience will finish with an interesting light snack every week.
SHABBAT CONTEMPLATIVE TEFFILAH AND ELUCIDATED PARSHA
Saturday Morning: 9:45am- 12pm
Saturday morning has traditionally been a time dedicated to meditation, prayer, deep thought and group learning. The Saturday morning prayers are explained and used as a source of inspiration for discussion and personal reflection. When the Torah scroll is read it is accompanied with thought provoking ideas and sharp humour from Rabbi Menachem Wolf. The Kidush each week consists of vegetarian cholent, chilli meat cholent, fresh salad and a lechaim.
10.45am: Children's program starts in the Spiritgrow Kids Room. We are definitely a child-friendly Shabbat zone. During your Spiritshul experience, your child has the opportunity to practice Alef Bet ‘yoga’, learn songs of the Tefillah, hear Hassidic stories, while munching on a healthy snack.
